If you do NOT need a certificate track, this is the place for you. Open Track workshops are new every year and seek to address topics that are current issues and regular points of interest. Open Track participants can also choose workshops from the Open Track or any of the other tracks.
This track offers continuing education for Religion teachers working in Catholic Schools. This Track is aimed at assisting High School religion teachers in deepening their knowledge of the content of the faith and practical methodologies.
The Campus Ministry Track is a comprehensive program offering the methodological, philosophical, and doctrinal topics essential to evangelizing and making disciples on college campuses. Any effort to reach college students must start with a proper Catholic worldview and a missionary mindset. Through presentations by veteran campus ministers, this track will take you through the essential steps for developing and growing your campus ministry. Attention is particularly given to sustained, long-term growth and not just short-term gains. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded campus ministers for mutual support and fellowship.
This track is for those individuals who are full-time, part-time, or volunteer Catechists that teach the faith in any capacity. This is a great track for adult parish volunteers who teach either children, young adults or adults. This program offers the methodological, philosophical, and doctrinal topics essential for teaching the faith. The most significant factor in the catechetical endeavor is the individual catechist passing on the witness of a faith lived out. This track equips men and women by giving them a systematic doctrinal foundation and proven, effective methodologies in delivering the faith.
This track is for any individual who works as a full-time, part-time, or volunteer Director of Religious Education. In this track you will participate in catechetical and philosophical topics essential to leadership in parish catechetical programs. The DRE Track also covers essential administrative skills, recruitment and training of catechists, planning and evaluating curriculum and programs, and managing pastoral and parental relationships.
This track is for any individual who works as a full-time, part-time, or volunteer RCIA team member or director. It is a comprehensive training program offering methodological, philosophical, and doctrinal topics essential to the evangelization and catechesis of those investigating the Catholic Faith. This track includes a systematic doctrinal foundation, Scripture, the conversion process, liturgy, catechesis, pastoral needs, and stages of the catechumenal process, as well as workshops on evangelism, canon law, and the catechumenate for children and adolescents.
