The Power and Purpose Conference is just a few short months away, but—as incredible as these days can be—we did not plan it to be a stand-alone event. Rather, the conference is an opportunity for you to grow closer to the Lord before (by preparing your heart); during; and after as the conference impacts your daily life.
During this Easter season, take the opportunity to deepen your prayer life. Challenge yourself to spend at least as much time in conversation with God as you do on social media…or whatever your “go-to” is when you have a few extra minutes.
To get you started, check out Deacon Larry Oney’s Hope and Purpose Ministry site for some great resources on prayer. Consider starting with this one about our identity as a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit and how that effects our daily lives.
