Our job is to first and foremost be Christ to every person who sets foot on Franciscan University’s campus throughout the summer. Each week there is a conference where people travel from across the country and overseas to come to encounter Christ. With the help of our different departments, we make this possible.   


Your job may look different from day to day, but we all work with the common goal of bringing Christ to our guests.

Within a Leadership role, you will supervise peers in their assigned departmental duties and create a culture of radical hospitality and prayer. Student Leads will be asked to take on some administrative duties such as scheduling their team, maintaining documentation, and weekly meetings with their Conference Office Staff supervisor.
