Megan Hjelmstad

Megan Hjelmstad (“Helm-stead”) is a devoted wife, enthusiastic hockey mom, and retired Army officer living in Denver, Colorado.  In her “spare” time she serves God as a Catholic author, speaker, and women’s mentor, helping others embrace their God-given dignity and pursue personal holiness.
