When can I register?

  • For conferences at Main Campus, registration opens October 16, 2024.

  • For all other locations, please refer to site-specific pages for registration opening dates.

Who can attend a Steubenville Youth Conference?

  • Steubenville Youth Conferences are for high school youth: 9–12th graders. This includes youth entering 9th grade through those who have just graduated 12th grade at the time of the conference.

  • Chaperones must be 21 years of age and have completed the Environmental Safety Training at the time of the conference.

  • There is no minimum number of youths you can bring, but each group must have at least 1 male chaperone for every 10 male youth AND 1 female chaperone for every 10 female youth.

  • Each group may have up to 2 chaperones for every 10 youth of that same gender.

Are meals included?

  • Meals will only be provided if, at the time of registration, you choose to opt in to the meal plan.
