Judene Indovina

Judene Indovina supervises faith formation initiatives for 31,000 students in the parishes and schools of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, supports adult formation activities, and oversees catechetical leadership development as the director of Catholic Identity. Judene is a doctoral candidate in educational leadership at Duquesne University. Her research focuses on the formative impact of teaching salvation history to elementary students. Judene completed a master’s degree in religious education at Gannon University and holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Franciscan University. She has 19 years of experience in religious education, teaching and administrating in school, parish, and diocesan settings. Judene’s passion is to share the love of Christ and the splendor of the Catholic faith through catechesis.
